About Us
Welcome to Virginia Baseball Coaches Association (VBCA). Baseball coaches play an influential role in the lives of our young players. We act as role models and mentors, shaping not only how our kids play the game, but also how they live their lives. We are responsible for teaching leadership, moral values and self-discipline. VBCA fulfills a fundamental need in the state of Virginia to provide a collaborative network of experienced coaches at the high school, college and youth level to share their knowledge and passion for coaching the sport of baseball. The VBCA mission it to unite, educate and support baseball coaches in Virginia.
The VBCA was organized as a charitable association. Part of our charter is to give back to our community, therefore 10 percent of all membership fees will be designated to a scholarship fund that will provide access to baseball opportunities for those who otherwise may not be able to participate.
Committees
The VBCA has organized committees to provide support for our members at the local/regional level. This great assemblage of young talent and years of experience will create opportunities to unite, educate and support baseball coaches at all levels across the state. Director in bold.
