VBCA Convention in Charlottesville, VA

Step 1: Register for the convention – Individual Coach ($100) or Staff Pass ($200, up to 4 staff members).

HALL OF FAME LUNCHEON – LIMITED TO 100 SEATS. Requires a separate $50 ticket.

UVA MINI CLINIC – CONVENTION ATTENDEES ONLY. LIMITED TO THE FIRST 100. The clinic is free, but you must have an Individual Coach or Staff Pass registration AND add the Mini Clinic ticket to attend. No walk-ups.

Individual Coach ticket for the VBCA Convention (December 10–11). Eligible to add 1 free UVA Mini Clinic ticket.

Registration for up to 4 Staff Members to the VBCA Convention (December 10–11). Additional coaches may be added at $25 per person using the "Additional Staff Coach (Staff Pass Add-On)" ticket. Eligible to add up to 4 free UVA Mini Clinic tickets.

Additional Staff Coach (Staff Pass Add-On)
$25 per additional coach beyond the 4 included in the Staff Pass. Add one ticket for each extra staff member (e.g., staff of 5 = Staff Pass + 1 add-on = $225) and enter each coach's information at checkout. Requires a Staff Pass Registration.

LIMITED TO 100 SEATS – separate ticket required. Ticket for the VBCA Hall of Fame Luncheon on December 10th from 11:30am to 1:30pm at Kimpton The Forum Hotel – Grove Ballroom III.

CONVENTION ATTENDEES ONLY – LIMITED TO THE FIRST 100. Requires an Individual Coach or Staff Pass registration (in this order or an earlier one). Free Mini Clinic on December 10th from 8:00pm to 10:00pm at Davenport Field at Disharoon Park.
