RICHMOND, Va. (September 3, 2026) – The Virginia Baseball Coaches Association (VBCA) today announced a new partnership with CAPX, naming CAPX the Official Headwear Provider of the VBCA.
The partnership brings together the VBCA’s commitment to supporting and developing baseball coaches across the Commonwealth with CAPX’s innovative approach to headwear design, customization and craftsmanship.
CAPX, a Headwear Innovation Lab, brings more than 35 years of headwear experience and a focus on creating distinctive, high-quality products through innovative designs, materials and manufacturing. The company’s approach challenges the traditional headwear model while providing organizations, teams and athletes with new options for customized headwear.
“We’re excited to welcome CAPX to the VBCA family as our Official Headwear Provider,” said Tim Merry, executive director of the VBCA. “Headwear is an important part of the baseball culture, and CAPX brings a unique combination of innovation, design and experience to the industry. We look forward to introducing our coaches and baseball community to what CAPX has to offer.”
Through the partnership, CAPX will have a presence at VBCA events and activities and will work directly with Virginia baseball programs to provide custom headwear, innovative designs and dedicated support for coaches throughout the Commonwealth
